At Further AB, we have extensive experience in storing and managing data and information as part of the business. It is important to us that you as a customer or employee feel secure that personal data is handled in a legal and transparent manner.

This policy explains how Further collects and uses your personal data. It also describes your rights against us and how you can assert your rights.

1. How we collect and use your information

Which information is downloaded varies depending on how you use our services. The personal data we have about you is either provided by you directly, comes from a third party, or is retrieved when you use our website.

The personal data that we collect and process about you is contact information such as name, telephone number and e-mail address. It can also be information about your employment such as title and which company you work for.

1.1. Information from you

We collect and save personal data from you when you or an organization you represent becomes a customer with us. We do this in order to:

  • Fulfill our obligations to you as a customer, such as administration, processing and fulfillment of purchases, invoicing and providing support.
  • Administer the customer account for accounting and invoicing
  • Facilitate general customer care and customer service, such as answering questions and correcting incorrect information.
  • Enable communication with you, provide information, offers, event invitations and targeted marketing by email, SMS and telephone regarding our products and services and ask you to participate in voluntary marketing surveys.
  • Ongoing ability to manage customer relations and provide our services.
  • Give you relevant information and customized offers in newsletters, on the web and in social media.
  • Comply with applicable legislation, such as accounting laws.
  • Improve our customer offer, for example development of services, products and functions by being able to contact you in the event of problems with orders or performance of services

We process your information in accordance with current data protection legislation and the information processing takes place in most cases with the agreement we have with you as a legal basis (our obligation according to the agreement to perform services for you). Our processing of your personal data prior to and in connection with drawing up an offer to you is based on the rules that specify the measures we may take before entering into an agreement with you.

1.2. Information collected from third party

We also collect and/or receive data from third-party companies that we collaborate with, for example ad networks, industry associations, suppliers of customer lists, etc. which are located within the EU.

We use the/your personal data that we receive as above to market our services to you, unless you have explicitly opted out of this or previously indicated that you do not want to be contacted for marketing purposes. It's easy to opt out of marketing at any time if you change your mind.

The above use of personal data is permitted according to current data protection legislation. Processing of your personal data for marketing purposes is mainly based on our legitimate interest in such processing, but may in certain cases (for example where it is prescribed by
the law) require your consent

1.3. Aktivity on our website

Further collects and processes your IP address and your use of our websites. The information we collect for you who visit our website is:

  • Which pages are visited;
  • Time spent on each side;
  • Which links you click on;
  • Which page did you leave when you got to a new one;
  • Which browser you used;
  • As well as which operator you use.

We process your personal data for the purpose of:

  • Analyze how you behave on our website, in order to make changes in order to improve the experience and user-friendliness.
  • Analyze which of our pages and services/products are most interesting for visitors.
    Allow the system to recognize returning users to make the experience as good as possible for you as a visitor.
  • Remember the visitor's choice of text size on the website and automatically fill in various form fields to facilitate the availability of services for the user and his return visits to our websites.

We also use other tools such as Google Analytics to create a picture of how you as a visitor use the website.

2. Storage of your data

The data we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA), but may also be transferred and processed in a country outside the EEA. All such transfer of your personal data takes place in accordance with applicable legislation.

The personal data is stored in our CRM, invoicing, e-mail and selected systems for web analysis.

For transfers outside the EEA, Further applies standard contractual clauses and privacy protection as protection in countries without a decision of an adequate level of protection from the European Commission.

We save your personal data to be used in the manner described in this document. In certain circumstances, when you choose to opt out of marketing, we can ensure that your information is not used for future marketing contact with you.

Personal data is only saved as long as there is a need to save
them to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Further may save the data longer if necessary to comply with legal requirements such as the Accounting Act. The data is then deleted from our systems.

3. Transfer of your information to another country

We store your information in countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) or in countries with a sufficient level of data security. These countries have legislation corresponding to the Swedish one with respect to your Information.

Where the information is shared with companies based outside (i) the EEA or (ii) countries with an adequate level of data security, we contractually require that these companies handle information in a similar way as we do. In such cases, we guarantee that the transmitted information is protected. Detailed information about all transfers, including copies of the data transfer agreements we apply, is available on request.

4. Dissemination of information

We never pass on, sell or trade your information to third parties. However, we may share the information with other companies in the Further group.

As our business requires knowledge and resources from other companies in order to deliver certain services, we also need to share your information with selected recipients who are listed on our website. These companies have a corresponding legal or contractual obligation to secure your information.

We may also provide your data to third parties to comply with applicable legal requirements or requirements from authorities, to safeguard our legal interests, detect, prevent or draw attention to fraud and other security problems.

5. Your rights

 

You have a number of rights relating to your personal data:

  • You have the right to access your personal data, to correct personal data we have about you, the right to have your personal data deleted and to limit or object to our processing of it. Contact info@further.se for adjustment or deletion of your personal data.
  • You also have the right to withdraw your consent, opt out of receiving future marketing from us and, in certain circumstances, have the right to have your information transferred to you or a third party, as well as the right to object to profiling and automated decision-making. If you believe that Further processes your personal data in an incorrect manner, we would like you to contact us (info@further.se). You also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time and will then make a new version available on the website. If the changes require your consent, this will be obtained before the changes take effect.
